The FC3 Suspension System represents our vision of what a premium Super Duty suspension should be—engineered to deliver the strength and durability demanded by trucks that work hard every day while providing the show-quality styling expected from a top-tier custom build.

At the heart of the system is our **true floating cradle design**, engineered to follow the frame from front to rear for superior load distribution, strength, and suspension geometry. Every major component is CNC cut and precision formed from **high-grade 1/4" and 3/16" P&O steel**, creating a suspension system built to withstand the abuse of oversized tires, towing, hauling, and daily use on lease roads and back-country roads.

The FC3 system features our purpose-built **2023+ FC3 3-Link Radius Arms**, designed specifically around the updated Super Duty chassis. Unlike traditional radius arm designs, the 3-link configuration reduces suspension bind throughout travel, allowing the front axle to move more naturally while maintaining precise axle control. The result is improved ride quality, more consistent handling, and reduced stress on suspension components.

Each radius arm is equipped with massive 1.50" and 1.25" Johnny Joints® (Largest in the industry) and follows the factory radius arm path for excellent clearance, OEM-inspired fitment, and compatibility with factory systems. Accommodations have been incorporated for the **Bed Scale System** and **Automatic Headlamp Leveling System**, allowing these factory features to remain functional after lifting your truck.
Out back, the FC3 system includes heavy-duty traction bars designed to control axle wrap and maintain driveline stability. Standard traction bars utilize durable polyurethane bushings, while customers seeking the ultimate in strength and performance can upgrade to our XL Traction Bars. The XL system features a bar that is 1.5" wider and utilizes a massive **4" anti-wobble joint** at the axle end, delivering exceptional rigidity and durability for high-horsepower, heavy-towing, and extreme-use applications.

Supporting the traction bar system are our industry-leading axle mounts, CNC formed from 1/4" P&O steel**. Unlike conventional designs, the mounts are formed as a single-piece structure with the mounting legs passing directly through the axle bucket, creating an exceptionally rigid assembly capable of handling the severe loads generated by today's lifted Super Duty trucks.

Because performance should never come at the expense of appearance, all FC3 components come standard with 14-gauge steel overlay plates, giving the system its signature finished look. For customers wanting a more personalized build, **dual-overlay configurations** and **fully custom overlay designs** are available to create a truly one-of-a-kind suspension package.
